The process involves taking impressions for custom made trays to be fabricated. The practitioner you see will outline the whitening instructions to ensure you feel entirely comfortable carrying out the procedure yourself. The length of time and number of days you wear the trays will depend on the strength of the solution prescribed, which can range from 30 minutes a day to overnight. Once the kit is ready you will be able to collect and start the whitening process in the comfort of your own home.

The process involves placing a protective barrier over the gums and retracting the lips and cheeks to increase visibility. Following this, application of the teeth whitening gel will occur in a series of 20 minute cycles.
